In December 2020, a woman accused Chris Brown of sexual assault, alleging that he drugged and raped her aboard a boat anchored outside of Diddy’s house.

However, text messages acquired by Miami police appear to present a different narrative. According to Radar Online, only days after the alleged attack, the lady – only named as Jane Doe – began incessantly messaging Brown.

The lady reportedly shared nude photos and told Brown he was the “best dick” she’d ever had in a chain of messages obtained by Miami police. Brown also advised the lady to acquire a Plan B to avoid a potential pregnancy, to which she replied, “Oh sh*t ok i will.” Brown reportedly went on to assert that he “definitely didn’t bust inside,” only that he “was hella faded so I wanted to be sure.”

Jane reportedly moved to Los Angeles following several of not hearing back from Brown and informed the ‘Go Crazy’ singer that she’d acquired a new phone. She subsequently tried to meet up with Brown several times afterward and to no avail, after which she reportedly texted Brown saying:

“Missing u (sic). U [sic] were honestly the best —- I’ve had (emoji) lol I just want it again. Why are you playing with meee [sic] lol.”

Jane Doe proceeded to send Brown unsolicited naked photos of herself, as well as texts admitting she was “high AF” and asking if he had “E,” which is a shorthand for ecstasy.

Jane filed a $20 million lawsuit, claiming Brown quickly changed from being “friendly” to assaulting her in minutes.

Speaking to HipHopDX, a rep for Brown explained that he doesn’t want to publicly discuss the subject since the text messages painted a clear picture and that Brown intends to file a lawsuit against Jane Doe.

Brown’s lawyer, George Vrabeck of Vrabeck Adams & Co. Inc., stated that his goal was to “to hold ALL parties accountable so that we might begin to eradicate this behavior from our society. Our client deserves justice. The same justice that all victims of sexual abuse deserve.”
