Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 39-year-old pop star shared a delighted video of herself displaying her stunning diamond engagement ring alongside fiancé Sam Asghari, 27.

The elated singer captioned her post: “I can’t fucking believe it 💍💍💍💍💍💍❣️!!!!!!,” which was quickly followed by congratulatory wishes by fellow celebrities in her comment section.

Paris Hilton was among those who first congratulated the couple, writing: “Congratulations love!! 😍 So happy for you! Welcome to the club! 👰🏼💍.” Paris’ mum, Kathy Hilton also congratulated Spears, using multiple heart emojis.

Fiancé Sam also shared a photo of them kissing on Instagram, where Spears could be seen flexing her sparkling diamond ring, captioned with a King and Queen emoji.

Designer Christian Siriano simply shared more fire emojis, while Jersey Shore actress Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley posted fire emojis and wrote ‘congratulations.’

Prior to Sunday’s announcement, two closeup photographs of a diamond ring appeared on Sam’s Instagram Stories on Friday, shocking Britney’s fans.

One of the two pictures revealed the inside of the band, which was etched with Sam’s pet moniker for Britney, ‘Lioness.’

Being possibly a mistake, Sam quickly took down the post and claimed he had been hacked and the photos were photoshopped.

Britney’s ring appears to be a 3.5 carat round cut solitaire, according to Ajay Anand of the diamond marketplace RareCarat.com, which would be valued at around $70K.

The engagement news comes just a week after reports claimed Britney’s father, James Spears has filed to terminate his daughter’s conservatorship after 13 years, stating that, “grounds for establishment of a conservatorship may no longer exist” due to Britney’s current situation.
