Black Sherif is inviting listeners into his most personal space with new EP Sun Sherif, arriving alongside carnival-inspired focus single ‘Love Again’ featuring Full Blown.

Born from the intimacy of the bedroom, Sun Sherif captures the Ghanaian artist in a more open and unguarded space, offering listeners a window into the thoughts, sounds and everyday moments shaping him.

The project features AratheJay, the rising Ghanaian artist blending Afrobeats and highlife with a spiritual edge, alongside Trinidad and Tobago artist and production duo Full Blown, who join Black Sherif on ‘Love Again’.

Black Sherif offered UK audiences an early introduction to the project during an intimate London listening session in August, describing Sun Sherif as “more than an EP” and an opportunity to welcome fans into his private world.

The project follows his critically acclaimed sophomore album IRON BOY and another major period of international growth. The 23-year-old recently completed US and European touring, including two sold-out headline shows at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

His global profile has continued to rise following the success of ‘Kwaku the Traveller’, his Burna Boy-assisted ‘Second Sermon (Remix)’ and collaborations spanning Tiwa Savage, Pa Salieu, Mabel, Fireboy DML, Odumodublvck, Juls and Darkoo.

With Sun Sherif, Black Sherif now turns the attention inward, opening another chapter in his evolution as one of Ghana’s leading global voices.
