According to the well-known Black lawyer and activist, Dr. Shola Mos-Shogbamimu, a British extremist terror group informed her about their intentions to execute her, while also threatening her family in a terrifying letter sent to her home.
Per Dr. Mos-Shogbamimu, on Monday, Feb. 20th, a racist letter claiming to be from National Action was delivered to her home address, which asserted that she was on their “kill list” and would soon be “executed.”
National Action, which has been declared as a terrorist organisation by the UK government was founded a decade ago, and currently has branches all across the UK.
Sharing the disturbing ordeal, Dr. Mos-Shogbamimu tweeted on Monday, “I have received “a serious threat from National Action London” notifying me of their “intention to kill” me & my family.”
Adding, “They name my husband & home address. They don’t consider killing me ‘murder’ they call it an ‘execution’. This letter was through my front door. This is Britain”

She further revealed that she has since been “receiving calls on my mobile & as soon as I pick up, the caller drops. Ignored but it happened quite a number of times recently that I felt irked enough to mention it to my husband that it was weird/annoying but I didn’t dwell on it.”

The racist letter also read, “Shola you are a constant troublemaker and liar who appears on television frequently. You make a shabby living from criticising and race grifting against ethnic white europeans and our culture.
“You are a dreg of the multicultural society…. We are watching you. This is a serious notice from National Action London. We are notifying you of our intention to kill you and your family.
“We suggest you leave the UK asap, this is the only way that you can avoid what is coming to you. You need to hide because your details have been circulated to others on the internet, violent nationalist activists, blackshirts and others. It is only a matter of time Adeshola before you receive your punishment, your execution.”
The lawyer claimed in an interview with The Independent that she frequently receives hateful messages, however, she noticed an increase since her January Sky News appearance, during which she discussed the death of Tyre Nichols, a Black man who was killed after being beaten by police in the US.
She said, “White supremacy underpins the policing and criminal justice system both in the United States and the United Kingdom. It shapes the culture that sees Black people as less, treat Black lives as disposable and ensures Black lives don’t matter.”
According to Dr. Mos-Shogbamimu, right-wing politicians and divisive public personalities have contributed to the growth of environments favourable to racial assaults.
She added, “It’s unsettling to have my address, children and husband targeted.”
