Blac Chyna is reportedly suing TMZ and American Media Inc. over documents revealed by the media outlets from her custody battle with Rob Kardashian.
Chyna is accusing the media outlets of defamation, disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more. This comes as Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have reportedly come to a custody agreement.
According to the documents TMZ revealed, Rob Kardashian claimed Blac Chyna was a danger to their second child as she often partied hard in her house with their daughter present and also invited strangers over. Chyna was also accused of snorting cocaine and making violent threats to people in her home. Per the statements, Chyna’s violent display includes throwing objects, including knives and lit candles.
As no one knows how TMZ obtained those documents, Chyna insists the claims are “defamatory” and untrue and cites the fact that the filings were supposed to be sealed under California law.
