Michelle Williams shared a snippet of an audio recording of a mini-reunion she had with Beyonce and Kelly Rowland where fans got a glimpse of Kelly’s new baby, as well as an indication that Beyonce is working on new songs.

In the audio recording, Kelly is heard talking about cooking chicken and rice soup and Michelle took the opportunity to twist the statement, asking Beyonce “B, are you making some musical soup right now?”

The ‘Savage’ singer replied: “I’m cooking some music — that’s Chef Boyardee and Chef Boy-Kelly,” Beyoncé jokes, adding, “You know I’m editing that s— out.”

Michelle’s new book, Checking In: How Getting Real About Depression Saved My Life — and Can Save Yours, was the catalyst for the reunion.

Williams also expressed her hopes for what her new book will bring to her readers.

“It’s okay to not be okay. and it’s okay to tell somebody you’re not okay,” her singing mate said in response. “I honestly should have done that with y’all. I’ve been open about a lot of things, but I was never really truthful about how I really was. Even though y’all have proven to be safe friends, safe sisters, sometimes people have to know you’re not going to be looked at differently if you say, ‘Y’all, I’ve been really sad too long. Something’s going on.’”

Well, it may seem everyone from the powerhouse girls band is actively taking up an endeavour with Beyoncé making new music, Kelly being a loving mother and Michelle gearing up to release her book.
