The hotly-anticipated Verzuz battle between Keyshia Cole and Ashanti has once again been postponed as cases increase in the U.S..
The battle was originally set for Dec 12th but had to be rescheduled for Jan 9th due to Ashanti contracting the virus from a family member. Although the singer is now covid free, concerns of the high rise in coronavirus cases in the U.S. make it highly unsafe to have everyone together for the showdown.
The statement released by organizers read:
