The much-awaited album promises a vibrant mix of sounds and star-studded collaborations, showcasing Asake‘s versatility and talent. The 15-track project features some of the biggest names in music, including Wizkid, Travis Scott, Stormzy, Central Cee, and Brazilian artist Ludmilla.
The lead single, “Wave,” featuring British rapper Central Cee, has already sparked excitement among fans and critics alike, setting the tone for the album’s release. The track’s infectious rhythm and catchy lyrics highlighted Asake‘s signature style, blending Afrobeats with contemporary global influences.

Lungu Boy boasts a diverse and dynamic tracklist. Notable collaborations include “MMS” featuring Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, “Active” featuring American rapper Travis Scott, and “Suru” featuring UK grime artist Stormzy.
In addition to the album release, Asake is embarking on the ‘Lungu Boy World Tour.’ The tour kicks off on August 16th in Washington, DC, and will take him across North America, Europe, and Australia, concluding on October 6th.
