Following earlier reports which suggested that former kickboxer and controversial influencer, Andrew Tate was suffering from lung cancer, according to his manager, has now been refuted by the self-proclaimed misogynist.
The reports came as a result of a purportedly leaked “medical report” of Tate, which seemed to indicate that the ex-kickboxer had a mass on his upper lung and required surgery to be treated, leading to reports of lung cancer.
According to a previous statement from a Tate representative:
“Andrew was diagnosed with a serious medical condition in December 2022 whilst he was in Dubai. His wish is to attend a prearranged consultation in Dubai if he was released and then return to Romania. It is clear that the recommended appointments, for this serious medical issue, were made before the arrest.”
However, Tate has taken to social media to refute the claims, claiming he does “not have cancer” and that his “lungs contain precisely zero smoking damage. ”
Sharing the update to his fans, Tate tweeted: “I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete.”
Adding, “There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out.”

Tate went on to claim that he will live for another 5000 years in an attempt to reassure his worried 5 million Twitter followers, who have expressed concern since the reports surfaced.
He tweeted alongside a picture of himself in a gym prior to his arrest in Romania:
“As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet. It is important for the good of humanity that I live as long as possible.”
Adding, “At my current strength levels, I estimate to survive for at least 5000 more years. With this in mind, I take my medical care extremely seriously.”
He then addressed the scarring on his lung, which he asserts was a concern for the doctors in Dubai, but claims they “do not understand how I survive without treatment,” and that “they do not know the secrets of Wudan.”
I had a regular checkup organized in Dubai pre-detention.
The doctors were extremely interested in the scar on my lung.
They do not understand how I survive without treatment.
They do not know the secrets of Wudan.

While Tate denies the allegations, his representatives assert that the 36-year-old is receiving treatment for the illness while in detention and that he is “strong” and in “good shape” despite the gravity of his condition.
Tate’s medical team had sought to get him released to undergo treatment, but the request was denied, and it is anticipated that he will remain in Romania until at least the end of March.
