Taking to social media on Thursday (May 12), Adele and her partner Rich Paul shared a photo of themselves outside what is believed to be their first house together.

The property, which is estimated to be worth $58 million (£47 million), was previously owned by Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone and situated on three acres in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, with the likes of Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, and Justin Bieber among Adele’s new Beverley Park neighbours.

In a photograph shared on Adele’s Instagram page, the singer and Rich are seen smiling and carrying a set of keys for the 18,587 sq ft home which is said to include eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and is situated at the end of a long private driveway. The mansion also has a movie theatre, bespoke bar, gym, and cigar room, as well as two Rocky Balboa sculptures.

The sale represents a 47 percent decrease from Stallone’s original $110 million (£90 million) asking price.

Stallone has been selling it around for more than a year, according to the LA Times, initially listing it in 2021. He later reduced the asking price to $80 million in October after finding no offers.

According to the LA Times, he renovated the living quarters with steel-framed windows and doors, built an art studio in the eight-car garage, and commissioned renowned Canadian-American architect Richard Landry to build a guesthouse.

Stallone, 75, has recently moved to a $35.38 million property in Palm Beach, Florida.
