While every child around the globe was gearing up to wish their mothers a Happy Mother’s Day on May 9th, Snoop Dogg took to social media, days before the d-day and requested prayers for his dear mom.
Snoop captioned a photo of his mother, saying: “🙏🏾🙏🏾💕💕💕😢 I need all my prayer warriors for momma right now please and thank you 🙏🏾🌹💝”
A day after Snoop’s prayer request, 50 Cent also took to his Instagram to ask followers to remember Snoop’s mother in prayers, saying “say a prayer for @snoopdogg Mamma.”
As of now, Snoop Dogg is yet to update fans on the reason for the request but the legendary rapper released a SoundCloud exclusive track about his mother which may share some insight into his mindset.
Snoop has also shared follow-up posts on Instagram, reminding fans to keep remembering his mom in prayers.
Our thoughts and prayers go to Snoop’s mother and hope she comes out the other side of whatever challenge she may be facing.
